“I had reached out to Cathryn to chat through planning out our converted garage. We wanted to make it a functional playroom, a workout room, an office, and an entertainment area. Not a small feat to fit all of that in one space while creating logical divides between the spaces. I took some basic pictures and shot them over through text. The next day, Cathryn arrived with a plan in mind. She used painters tape to help delineate the spaces and how things would function. I really appreciated the financial mindfulness around the tradeoffs that come with big overhauls as the one we're about to undertake. That same day, Cathryn sent over a plan mapping out furniture. Emailed over some sources for purchase and recommended some other items around the house that I was feeling stuck on. The planning service was perfect for our family as I'm fairly design oriented and enjoy the process, but was feeling completely stuck with the converted garage.
